Journey to the Vineyard
At Mrs. Lai's vineyard in Dacheng Township, Changhua County, the rich aroma of grapes fills the air, and the sight of plump grapes meticulously cared for by Mrs. Lai greets visitors. Watching everyone carefully select grapes, trim off the bad parts, brush away dirt, and meticulously bag and package them to deliver to customers is truly heartwarming. Mrs. Lai personally removes the weeds with a sickle, avoiding the noise and diesel fumes of a lawnmower to preserve the serene environment. This land is particularly precious due to the dedicated care of these individuals. Though we are not farmers, we can still think about how to contribute meaningfully to the environment in our daily lives. Everyone can work together to protect this land. Such efforts bring warmth and hope, motivating us to strive for a beautiful future for our environment. During grape season, we support farmers by ordering grapes. Rainy Season Arrives! Volunteers Restore a Comfortable and Safe Campus Environment for Children
Dali Meiqun Elementary School is a campus filled with greenery, requiring significant manpower and time to maintain. During this volunteer task, we cleaned dusty screens, organized storage rooms, cleared silt from ditches, removed vines and long-accumulated algae from the pond, and trimmed weeds and fences on both sides of the school entrance. We also cleaned the ceiling fans in the kindergarten classrooms. Our colleagues felt very happy about this volunteer work, showcasing their value beyond their regular jobs and receiving gratitude and recognition from the school. We thank the company for promoting a green corporate culture, giving us the opportunity to participate in volunteer services and contribute to society. Seeing the campus become tidy and clean filled our hearts with warmth, adding a deeper sense of sustainability to our service.

REXON Responds to World Earth Day by Donating Blood to Support Health and Well-being
On the eve of World Earth Day on April 17, 2024, REXON regularly holds blood donation activities, primarily to provide blood supplies to medical institutions. This assistance aids medical facilities in adequately managing patient needs in cases of accidents, surgeries, pregnancies, and other emergencies, thereby enhancing medical rescue capabilities and consequently reducing diseases and deaths due to insufficient medical resources. Following the blood donation activities, "Dinos Pizza" food truck supplements employees' nutrition. REXON supports an entrepreneurial couple who operate "Dinos Pizza," utilizing locally sourced, low-carbon ingredients to convey their passion for cooking and aid in the employees' physical recovery. "PIIN JIA CONTAINER" sponsors snack boxes, adding vibrancy to the blood donation charity event and demonstrating the company's support for social responsibility and charitable activities. Blood donation activities are closely linked to the health and well-being goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. REXON continuously contributes to promoting health, preventing diseases, enhancing social well-being, and fostering social development.

2024 ACSM Worldwide Fitness Trends: Future Directions of the Health and Fitness Industry
This report for 2024 describes the top 20 potential trends defined in ACSM's Worldwide Survey of Fitness Trends (Table 3). As in previous years, the order of trends is dynamic and reflects the changing needs of the fitness industry, although others may seem to be relatively static for a duration of time. Wearable technology has been the #1 trend each year since 2016 (with the exception of #3 for 2018 and #2 for 2021). Worksite health promotion had been ousted from the top 20 for many years (#27 for 2021, #28 for 2022, #30 for 2023) but comes in at #2 for 2024. Three of the four digital technology trends emerge in the top 20, which may indicate a continued focus on connectivity and feedback for improved fitness behaviors and outcomes. Employing certified fitness professionals, the #6 trend, moves toward the top of the trends list (#9 for 2023, #13 for 2022).

Through organizing event after event, REXON Industries has gradually enabled all employees to understand that participating in charity can be this simple. The registration for this event quickly reached the expected standard. We appreciate the participation of Rexon Technology and Piin Jia Container Co., and we also thank colleagues who took the first step in overcoming their fears by donating blood. This event combined company club handicrafts, easing the tension of blood donation. A cheerful and stress-relieving blood donation event has successfully concluded.
