Supporting Education Development and Expanding Learning Horizons.Education is the foundation of social development. Rexon Industrial continuously invests resources in school construction and enhancing learning opportunities to help students have a better environment for growth. We promote education innovation and student development through a variety of sponsorship programs.
Campus Renovation Project: To create a safe and comfortable learning space, we continuously involve our volunteer teams in renovation work
Rexon Industrial believes that a high-quality learning environment is critical to student growth. Therefore, we continuously invest in campus renovation projects, providing resources to improve campus facilities and actively sending our volunteer teams to participate in on-site renovation work. These initiatives aim to improve students’ learning environment with practical actions.
In 2024, we continued our three-year effort of sending our employee volunteer teams to Dali Meichun Elementary School, Zhu Zi Keng Bilingual Elementary School, and Dongnan Elementary School to support campus repairs, classroom wall painting, old equipment updates, environmental cleaning, and safety facility inspections. In 2024, 200 man-days were contributed, with a total investment of NT$240,000. In addition to contributing manpower, our volunteer teams also interact with teachers and students to understand their current needs, ensure that renovations make a real difference, and give back to society through practical actions. By doing so, we aim to exert the company’s positive influence, allowing every child to learn and grow in a safe and comfortable environment.

As a member of the sports industry, Rexon Industrial understands that the value of sports training lies not only in skill development, but also cultivating discipline, teamwork, and resilience, an important foundation for shaping strong and resilient youth. Driven by our strong appreciation for the spirit of sports, we continue to support local athletic development. In 2024, we sponsored the Basketball Team of Taichung City Municipal Taichung Second Senior High School by providing professional sports equipment and resources required for training.
We hope that the substantial support provided by the company can help players focus fully on their training and striving to reach their potential without any worries. This also enables them to demonstrate confidence, determination, and team glory on the field, while continuing to cultivate the positive power of physical fitness.

Rexon Industrial supports education innovation and encourages students to develop critical thinking and an innovative mindset through independent planning and cross-disciplinary learning. We are honored to be a sponsor of the TEDx TCGS Youth Conference of Taichung Municipal Taichung Girls' Senior High School, collaborating with enterprises from various sectors to support this annual event centered on the theme of “Inspiring and Sharing.” In the future, we will continue to participate in and support more innovative education programs to grow alongside young generations and help new generation talents to shine and thrive across various fields.
In Support of World Earth Day, Rexon Industrial Conducts Blood Donation Drive to Promote Health and Well-being
On April 17, 2024, Rexon Industrial held a blood donation drive to help medical institutions replenish their blood banks and help medical units in responding to accidents, surgery, pregnancy, and other emergencies. These efforts aim to improve medical rescue capabilities and reduce the risk of disease and death caused by insufficient medical resources.
On the day of the event, to help employees who participated in the blood donation recover their strength, we invited the “Pumpkin Pizza” food truck to serve nutritious snacks made from low-carbon, locally-sourced ingredients, supporting the sustainable business philosophy of the entrepreneurial couple. In addition, “Pin Chie Paper” also sponsored snack boxes, making the blood donation activity more heartwarming.
This blood donation activity not only reflects Rexon Industrial’s commitment to social responsibility but also aligns with the health and well-being goals of the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We will continue to invest in the health and public welfare to promote corporate sustainable development and create greater positive impacts on society.
Healthy Checkup in Autumn
The Family Hike organized by Rexon Industrial is not only a parent-child outing that promotes physical and mental health, but also an important initiative to realize the concept of sustainable development. This event combined environmental protection activities and family participation, inviting employees and their families to enjoy nature and pick up waste along the way, thereby raising awareness and encouraging action for environmental protection.
We believe that the practice of “learning by doing” can not only strengthen the bond among family members, but also instills a deep sense of environmental stewardship in the next generation. During the event, each time participants bent down to pick up litter, it not only cleaned the environment but also symbolized respect for nature and a commitment to the earth’s sustainability. We convey the concept of “accessible to everyone and influential to everything” to strengthen our role as an environmental advocate.

“Yes, I can. Youth Employment and Empowerment Program” of Mustard Seed Mission: Change Lives Through Skills
In 2024, we worked with the Mustard Seed Mission to sponsor the “Yes, I Can. Youth Employment and Empowerment Program,” hosting a woodworking course at our company workshop to help young people explore their career paths and improve their employment competitiveness. This program allows students to learn professional skills through hands-on experience and build up confidence and problem-solving abilities through teamwork.
Smile Angel Volunteer Program: Hands-on Support for the Smile Angel Bakery
Rexon Industrial believes that corporate social responsibility goes beyond monetary donations and includes employees actively participating in charity events. In 2024, our volunteer teams visited the Smile Angel Bakery in person to participate in Mid-Autumn Festival gift packaging, assisting with sorting, classification, and packing care gifts to ensure timely delivery to families in need. Through these practical actions, we not only ease the bakery’s workload during the holidays but also let employees appreciate the genuine spirit of public welfare services.
Rexon Industrial participated in the “Love for Wufeng, Care for the Earth, and Farmland Restoration Project”
Rexon Industrial supported the Farmers Association of Wufeng in promoting friendly farming. Through participation in the “Love for Wufeng, Care for the Earth, and Farmland Restoration Project”, the Company actively promoted ecological environment protection. We believe that through corporate participation, we can promote sustainable agricultural development and restore the vitality of the land, ensuring that future generations can grow in a healthier environment.
In the future, Rexon Industrial will continue to focus on environmental sustainability and work with local communities and Farmers Association to promote additional eco-friendly projects to contribute to the future of the earth.
