Rexon is committed to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development as our core values. In addition to pursuing business growth, we firmly believe in the concept of "local engagement." We execute this concept through four aspects: "promoting neighborhood harmony," "caring for the community," "contributing to social prosperity," and "achieving balanced development." We actively participate in diverse public welfare activities and initiatives, involving more colleagues and extending our influence beyond the factory neighborhood. We strive to contribute to the positive and balanced development of society.

Rexon Industrial Protects the Book House of the Kids

Rexon Industrial Protects the Book House of the Kids

The founder of Taitung Children's Book House, Mr. Chen, became concerned after witnessing how children were mistreated and their unique qualities were sacrificed within the standardized education system. He noticed that children with low academic achievements were often undervalued, neglected, or even treated harshly. That's why the book house emphasizes the concept of "self-teaching."
In rural areas, Mr. Chen observed a lack of self-awareness and independence in people's daily lives. We strongly believe that individuals need to stand up and be stable before they can actively engage with the world around them. By developing their own perspectives and dedicating themselves with passion, they can lead the way for other children to take a big step forward. The book house focuses on helping children rediscover themselves through independent living and initiating change through mutual support and companionship.

The spirit of the book house has deeply moved Rexon Industrial. Through this donation, we hope to raise awareness of the book house and its inspiring story. Even if you cannot directly help them, you can start making small changes to assist those in need in your own community.

Rexon Industrial Never Falls Behind on Philanthropy

Rexon Industrial Never Falls Behind on Philanthropy

A French Catholic priest, deeply moved by the loss of his nephew, made a determined decision to establish a welfare institution for individuals with disabilities, taking it upon himself to assist those in need.
The funding for the Hualien City Anders Center for Intellectual Disability Center heavily relies on the support of corporations and compassionate individuals. It is through the selfless dedication and hard work of this foreign priest that the center has gained recognition and continues to operate. His efforts have been instrumental in ensuring the ongoing functioning of the center.
Everyone has a unique mission in life, and Rexon Industrial is no exception. Our mission has consistently been practiced, and this time, we are using the power of our company to support others in continuing their own missions. We believe in not falling behind in our commitment to public welfare.

When Rexon Industrial becomes the Summer Campus Repair Helper

When Rexon Industrial becomes the Summer Campus Repair Helper

We were busy cutting grass and pruning branches while the friendly principal of Tucheng Elementary School reminded us to take breaks and stay hydrated in the hot weather. We appreciate your help. Even though it's summer vacation, the principal and teachers of Tucheng Elementary School seem to be busy as well. It's a great experience to be able to work on the school campus. Repairing desks and chairs made us appreciate the value of caring for objects. Some of the desks and chairs were difficult to repair, but the students still hoped we could help fix them. Fortunately, we had the support of volunteers from the amazing team at Rexon, and together we made progress in repairing the desks and chairs. During our activity, we were accompanied by the sounds of children studying and singing in class. Even after class, the children willingly came to help. It was a joy to work together with the children. We felt very happy. For our next volunteer activity, we look forward to meeting children who come to us saying, "My chair is wobbly. Can you fix it?" or "My chair scratches my leg. Can you fix it?" We will enthusiastically reply, "Of course we can because you are so adorable!"

Rexon Industrial Fearlessly Engages in Public Service Even Under the Scorching August Sun

Located in Dali, Taichung, Rexon Industrial upholds the spirit of gratitude. During the summer vacation, our colleagues took the initiative to reduce the breeding of mosquitoes and insects on campus by mowing the grass, pruning trees, and clearing water drains at Mei-Chun Elementary School. We also helped clean the high places in the classrooms to ensure a dust-free learning environment for the students. Having the opportunity to serve on a school campus is rare. We witnessed the school teachers working hard to prepare and organize the classrooms for the students' return. Despite the sweltering weather, everyone made efforts to tidy up the campus for the children. Seeing the campus become cleaner filled us with a sense of accomplishment.

Within a 6-minute drive from our company is Taichung Hope Home in Dali District. Today, our compassionate angels from the company volunteered here, cleaning the floors, mopping, and sweeping. Despite the rain, our volunteers' enthusiasm was boiling. They utilized their cleaning skills from home and the 5S experience from the company, making Taichung Hope Home the cleanest place possible.

Rexon Industrial Collaborates with Piin Jia Container Co. to Inject Passion into Taiwan

In 2021, Taiwan experienced a severe blood shortage due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021 and 2022, Mr. Wang Kuan-Hsiang, the Chairman of Rexon Industrial, encouraged and led the employees to participate in blood donation drives with the spirit of compassion and social care. They collaborated with the supplier "Piin Jia Container Co." to respond to the campaign "Donate a Bag of Blood, Save a Life." Furthermore, they formed an activity group and prepared cute and meaningful souvenirs for colleagues who participated in the blood donation.
They also aimed to establish partnerships with other non-profit organizations, integrate and leverage resources, give back to society, and expand their influence on social values.

Blood Donation/Sharing and Giving

Blood Donation/Sharing and Giving

In April 2021, during the most challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan, the country faced a severe blood shortage. To help increase the blood supply, Rexon Industrial initiated an internal blood donation campaign that continues to this day. We deeply appreciate the enthusiastic participation of our Rexon partners.
And this time, during the blood donation event, we also responded to the spirit of sustainability by organizing our first "Sharing and Giving" activity. We took out items from our homes that we no longer needed, that were unused and in good condition, and gave them to people who could make use of them, fully realizing the value of the items themselves instead of just keeping them at home.
During the collection process, we couldn't help but ask ourselves if we were sure about giving away certain items. Some items were in great condition! However, this is the essence of the "Sharing and Giving" concept. Things we no longer need may be exactly what others need, extending the lifespan of the items, reducing waste, and preserving Earth's resources.
Good deeds require continuous effort. We'll see you again in the next "Sharing and Giving" activity!

Blood Donation Is Easy, but Sharing and Giving is Challenging

Blood Donation Is Easy, but Sharing and Giving is Challenging

Rexon is 51 years old and organizing blood donation drives. How old are you this year? Are you as healthy and passionate as Rexon?
After the initial experience of the "Sharing and Giving" activity, this time, the donated items were even more diverse, and the stories behind them were richer. Some people quickly took out items while their mothers were not at home (we wonder what their mothers' reaction would be...). Some struggled to part with items they had considered for a long time. Others carefully selected and made choices in their homes. As a result, their homes became cleaner and more organized. Various emotions intertwined during the "Sharing and Giving" activity.
Everyone had their struggles during the process of sharing and giving. After all, these were items they had once owned, with many memories and sentimental value. However, objects themselves have no emotions. Their value only exists when they are put to good use. When they are no longer suitable for themselves and find new owners who can fully utilize their original functions, they shine again. No matter how much reluctance there is, it becomes a touching moment.
Through the "Sharing and Giving" activity, we have experienced and implemented the concept of sustainable circulation in practical terms. Thank you all for making the "Sharing and Giving" activity a success once again.
