Introduction
REXON Industrial, committed to corporate sustainability, established the Sustainability Development Committee at its board meeting in November this year. The ESG committee is responsible for planning the company's ESG blueprint and operations.. Guided by the mission of "Prosperity, Goodness, Sharing," the committee is advancing in the five key areas of "Innovation, Green Practices, Talent Development, Governance, and Social Care." This approach aligns with global ESG trends and addresses stakeholders' expectations regarding REXON's stance on environmental, social, and governance issues.
In 2023, REXON voluntarily disclosed and compiled its corporate sustainability report, earning recognition in the "Gold Award" category for the 16th edition of the "2023 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA)" organized by the Taiwan Sustainable Energy Research Foundation. Introduction
Rexon Industries actively supports the government's initiative for nationwide sports participation. Led by senior executives, our team has transformed personal sporting interests into sports clubs. Through these clubs, colleagues have come to know each other better, strengthening teamwork and cohesion, while promoting a healthy sporting habit among our employees. About the Sports Enterprise Certification
The trend of companies valuing employee sports participation has been growing. The Ministry of Education's Sports Administration has been organizing the Sports Enterprise Certification for eight consecutive years, impacting over 1.13 million employees. TTQS (Talent Quality-management System) Golden Medal
Introduction
he Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor has developed the Talent Training Quality Management System (TTQS) to enhance the quality of training in domestic enterprises. TTQS is designed specifically for the training environment in Taiwan and serves as a tool for evaluating and managing the training system, the quality of training plan execution, and training performance.
The competitiveness of an enterprise often changes due to variations in the industry competitive environment, the establishment of operational strategies, and personnel changes within the organization. TTQS provides a comprehensive training process and a system that emphasizes the connection between specific training outcomes and organizational performance. Through the TTQS talent development quality management cycle, which consists of five dimensions: Plan (P), Design (D), Do (D), Review (R), and Outcome (O), organizations can systematically manage and continuously improve their human resource development, thereby establishing a complete strategic human resource development system and laying the foundation for sustainable business operations.
The implementation of TTQS therefore brings several benefits, including: 1. Enforcing competitive advantages based on the company's strategic plans. 2. International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) Bronze Prize
Introduction
Rexon Industrial continues its efforts by participating in the prestigious global design competition - the 2022 International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) in the United States - with its FlipGo+ lithium-powered folding slide miter saw. With its innovative folding mechanism that provides convenience in mobility and storage, as well as its aesthetic design, it has gained the favor of 47 judges and stood out among the highest number of entries ever received in a single year, earning the Bronze Award in the Commercial and Industrial Products category.
About the IDEA Design Awards
The International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA), hosted by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), is highly renowned internationally and is the only world-class industrial design award in the United States.
2022 marks the 42nd anniversary of the International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA). Initially established to recognize outstanding achievements in industrial design, the competition has expanded over the years. It now includes 9 major categories and 47 subcategories, covering industrial products, packaging, software, exhibition design, branding, design concepts, and more. The IDEA aims to select outstanding works that combine design innovation with user experience and value, and to bestow the industrial design award.
Every year, designers and companies from around the world compete for the IDEA, submitting tens of thousands of entries. The competition's influence is on par with Germany's Red Dot Design Award and iF Design Award, making it a highly prestigious and influential event in the field of design.

Introduction
The Asian Network for Quality (ANQ), established in 2002, is a leading non-governmental regional organization in Asia. Its mission is to promote the advancement of science and technology, develop industries, and improve the quality of life for people. The Asian Recognition for Excellence in Quality Practices (ARE-QP) is the main award presented by ANQ. It is given to organizations that have achieved outstanding accomplishments in quality management, personnel management, social responsibility, and product quality. Organizations that receive this award represent international recognition for their achievements in these areas in Asia.

Excellence Management Quality Three-Star Award
Introduction
The Chinese Society for Quality (referred to as the Society) established the "Group Quality Award" (referred to as the Quality Award) in September of 1964. Over the past 57 years, a total of 159 groups have received the Quality Award. With the motivating function of the Quality Award, the Society has assisted many private and public enterprises in Taiwan in implementing advanced quality management practices, effectively enhancing the product and service quality of its member organizations and related entities, and receiving recognition from the industry.
Since 2008, the Society renamed the "Group Quality Award" to the "Excellence Management Quality Award" and adopted the "Excellence in Business Performance Model" as the evaluation criteria. Based on the outstanding level of business quality performance demonstrated by the applicants, the award is divided into three levels: One Star Award, Two Star Award, and Three Star Award.
Starting from 2017, in order to encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable operation among domestic public and private organizations, corporations, and groups, in addition to the existing One Star, Two Star, and Three Star Awards of the "Excellence in Business Quality Award," the Society introduced the highest quality award, the "Benchmark Prize," for organizations that have implemented the "Excellence in Business Performance Model" in the long term and have achieved significant results, serving as benchmarks in their respective industries.

iF Design Award - Industry/Tools
Introduction
Rexon Industrial’s FlipGo folding slide miter saw participated in the prestigious global design competition, the iF Design Award 2021 in Germany. It received recognition from 98 judges for its innovative folding mechanism, which provides convenience in mobility and storage, as well as its aesthetic design. Among 10,000 entries from 52 countries, it stood out and received a major award in the Product discipline.
About iF Design Award
For the past 67 years, the iF Design Award has been recognized as a quality seal for exceptional design. The iF International Forum Design is renowned worldwide for its outstanding design services, and the iF Design Award has become one of the most important design awards globally. The evaluation criteria for entries in the iF Design Award are based on comprehensive indicators such as distinctiveness and impact. The competition includes the following categories: Product, Packaging, Communication, Service Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, as well as Professional Concepts, User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI). All award-winning works are featured in the iF World Design Guide and the iF design app.

Introduction

The "International Trade Award" is organized by the Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan.
