Rexon Responds to Blood Drive: Collecting 29,000cc of Life-Saving Support to Fulfill ESG Commitments
Rexon Industrial held a blood donation event on April 22, joining forces with supplier Pin-Jia Paper and company employees to form a "Team of Passion," taking concrete action to support medical capacity. This event not only demonstrates Rexon’s long-term commitment to the Social (S) pillar of ESG, but also reflects the high level of cohesion and mutual support among our team members. On the day of the event, 88 Rexon employees participated enthusiastically, donating a total of 116 bags (250cc per bag), amounting to 29,000cc of blood. To support the physical recovery of the donors, Rexon Industrial, in collaboration with the Rexon Charity Foundation, invited local specialty food trucks to provide nutritious snacks and refreshments for our colleagues. This blood drive effectively bolstered medical blood resources and showcased Rexon’s leadership in driving ESG social responsibility throughout the supply chain. Through the passionate participation of our team, we have strengthened internal unity and ensured that the spirit of "giving back" continues to circulate within the organization, creating a positive and long-term impact on society.

Weaving Hope with Denim: Rexon Empowers Mothers for a Brighter Future
A pair of jeans or a piece of denim may have finished its mission in your closet, but in the hands of those in need, it begins a brand-new story. Rexon recently launched a Denim Collection Campaign to send love to the Hualien Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), supporting a group of hardworking mothers. While caring for their families, these mothers use their hands and creativity to transform fabric into various household items. With resilience and tenderness, they build a foundation of hope for their children. What Rexon collected wasn't just old clothing; it was an opportunity for these mothers to showcase their talents and generate income—a belief that hard work can change lives. We want to thank every colleague at Rexon who responded so enthusiastically. Thanks to your participation, we collected 55 pieces of denim clothing, all of which have been donated to the Hualien TFCF. Every act of kindness is the beginning of change. Let’s use denim to find new value and weave more courage and hope into the world.

A huge thank-you to everyone who came to donate blood today! And to those who stepped up and donated for the very first time—you were absolutely amazing! We also want to give a big round of applause to the two nurses who were incredibly busy throughout the event. You comforted nervous donors, monitored every step of the donation process, and cared for everyone afterward—all while barely having a moment to take a sip of water. Truly, thank you for your hard work! Our appreciation also goes to everyone who patiently waited in line. Some colleagues shared that the donors were chatting and sharing snacks while waiting, spreading the good mood even to those who couldn’t donate. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming—an event that brought everyone a little closer together. We look forward to seeing even more people sign up next time! Hopefully, the turnout will be so enthusiastic that our nurses will need an extra pair of hands to help out. Thank you once again. REXON Industrial Joins Forces with Its Supply Chain Toward a Net-Zero Future, Driving Low-Carbon Competitiveness
REXON Industrial, together with its supplier network and the Center for Industrial Development (CITD), marked a new milestone with the “Sustainable Lean Achievements Presentation of the Fitness Equipment System.” The event demonstrated the company’s firm commitment to advancing low-carbon manufacturing and sustainable competitiveness within traditional industries. In response to challenges such as high carbon emissions across the supply chain and energy-intensive core processes, REXON adopted the PDCA cycle to promote sustainable lean practices—from team consensus to shared results—implementing improvements in the seven areas of green waste reduction. Through the introduction of energy-saving equipment, variable-frequency motors, and energy management systems, the initiative achieved a planned reduction of 1,449.7 tons of CO₂e and saved 2.93 million kWh of electricity. These figures represent more than numerical breakthroughs—they symbolize a cultural transformation that empowers every supply chain partner to find value through improvement and create meaningful impact through action. By leading through example, REXON drives shared growth and resilience across the supply chain, establishing a new benchmark for sustainable and lean manufacturing, with “Lean” and “Sustainability” as the dual engines propelling the company toward a net-zero future. As a benchmark case in CITD’s sustainable lean supply chain program, REXON’s continuous progress and commitment have earned broad recognition. Moreover, the company has been highly endorsed and invited by E.SUN Bank, a pioneer in financial institutions’ sustainability initiatives, to become an ESG Sustainability Advocacy Partner. REXON Joins Hands with Smiling Angel to Share Mid-Autumn Blessings
On the eve of the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival, REXON Industrial Corp. upheld its belief of “giving back to society” by supporting the Taichung Association for the Welfare and Care of the Disabled (Smiling Angel). In addition to purchasing the charity gift boxes from the Smiling Angel Bakery, REXON also encouraged employees to serve as volunteer packers, helping to prepare and deliver each box filled with blessings. Through these small but meaningful efforts, REXON hopes more families can experience warmth and care during this season of reunion. With a long-standing commitment to corporate social responsibility, REXON continuously supports disadvantaged groups and promotes community engagement. This collaboration with Smiling Angel was not only a volunteer initiative, but also a heartfelt exchange of encouragement.
