Giving Blood, Spreading Infinite Love: Sustainable Actions with a Caring Heart
REXON Industrial’s recent blood donation campaign was held in collaboration with Piin Jia Container Co., REXON Technology, and other enthusiastic partners. Although Chih-Tai Precision Mold Co. could not join us for the donation itself, they contributed thoughtful gifts to encourage successful donors with a token of confidence and appreciation. The gifts, eco-friendly pillows, were creatively made from leftover fabric used during previous events, embodying our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction. We sincerely thank all participants who joined the blood donation event, regardless of the outcome. Let’s strive to give more love and energy in the next campaign!

Each year, 640,000 tons of discarded fishing nets drift in our oceans. This towel is made from 100% ocean-recycled nylon yarn—our commitment to the Earth. Caring for Schools with a Heart: Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment for Growth
This October, we took concrete actions to support the community by assisting in school renovations. Our team visited Meiqun Elementary School in Dali, Zhuzaikeng Elementary School, and Tucheng Elementary School. Tasks such as moving heavy items, organizing, cleaning, mowing, repairing fences, dismantling equipment, and painting were no match for our determination. Through these efforts, we aim to create a safer and better learning environment, where children can thrive and grow happily.

REXON's Second Summer Little Troopers Event: Kids Can’t Wait for Next Year!
Under the summer sun, REXON's second Summer Little Troopers event concluded successfully! This event gave children the opportunity to learn about their parents' work and enjoy a rare parent-child lunch together. The activities were diverse and engaging, combining both dynamic and creative elements, ensuring that the kids had a fulfilling and joyful experience. The DIY woodcraft painting session allowed the children to express their creativity by using company products to craft their own unique painted wooden pieces. The fitness exercises encouraged the kids to be active, with fun games designed to enhance their physical fitness and coordination. A professional physical therapist was also invited to teach massage techniques, helping the children learn how to relax their hardworking parents, becoming their little helpers. Additionally, the children participated in a special "Cook Your Own Lunch" activity, experiencing the satisfaction of being little chefs while picking up valuable life skills. The DIY bread and cookie-making session filled the air with delicious aromas, making everyone eager to taste the freshly baked goods. This fun and educational event left the children reluctant to leave. Some were so excited that they immediately urged their parents to sign them up for the next Summer Little Troopers event. It looks like next year’s event will be even more lively and exciting!

REXON Health Check: Protecting Employee Well-being
REXON conducts annual comprehensive health check-ups to ensure employee health, strictly following Taiwanese regulations. This year's check-up, conducted by Wuri Lin Shin Hospital on June 25th, 26th, and 27th, includes general physicals, specialized exams, and environmental monitoring for special work environments. A professional medical team provides detailed health reports and follow-up advice, allowing employees to stay informed about their health and prevent potential issues. REXON remains committed to annual health check-ups and continuously improving health services for a better future together with our employees.

New Green Commuting Option: REXON Industrial Sets Up U-Bike Station for Employees
REXON Industrial continues to promote energy-saving and carbon-reduction policies, aiming to reduce the carbon emissions caused by employee commuting. According to data from 2022 and 2023, REXON Industrial employees collectively emitted 293.4351 tons of CO2e and 355.3844 tons of CO2e from commuting, averaging 0.21 tons and 0.36 tons of CO2e per person per year. To further reduce these emissions, REXON Industrial actively encourages employees to choose low-carbon commuting options. Most REXON Industrial employees live near the company, creating favorable conditions for promoting low-carbon commuting. The company applied to the Transportation Bureau to establish a U-Bike station near REXON Industrial, providing employees with a more eco-friendly commuting option. This initiative not only helps reduce carbon emissions but also enhances employee health and well-being. REXON Industrial believes that businesses should lead the way in energy saving and carbon reduction and will continue to invest resources in promoting various environmental measures to achieve sustainable development goals. In the future, the company will continue to cooperate with the government and society to contribute to a green future.
