To avoid injury from an accidental start ,turn the switch OFF and always remove the plug from the power source before making any adjustments.

Consult your  vendor if for any reason the motor will not run

MOTOR

Brake does not stop

Blade within 6 seconds.

  1. Brushes not seated or lightly sticking.
  2. Motor brake winding overheated from use of prohibited blade/accessory or rapid on/off cycling.
  3. Arbor screw loose.

  1. Inspect/clean/replace brushes. See MAINTENANCE section.
  2. Use only recommended blades/accessories. Let motor cool down.
  3. Retighten.
  4. Contact Rexon Service Center . See "TROUBLESHOOTING OF BRAKE" section.
Motor does not start.

Brush sparking when switch is released

Power head won not fully rise or blade guard won not fully close.
